These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ansam Ltd website and our professional services, including consulting, lead generation, and strategic marketing solutions.

Client refers to any individual or business engaging with our services.

Services refers to consulting, campaign development, content strategy, and lead generation provided by Ansam Ltd.

3. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or entering into a service agreement, you agree to these terms. These may be updated occasionally. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of changes.

4. Services & Deliverables
Services are outlined in individual contracts or proposals. We commit to using reasonable skill and care. Deliverables are subject to timelines and requirements set out in the Scope of Work document.

5. Fees & Payment

Invoices are payable within [14/30] days of issue unless otherwise agreed

Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, timely information and access to resources as needed to deliver services effectively. Failure to do so may delay deliverables.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the end of the contract.

8. Data & Compliance
Clients confirm they have the right to share any third-party data provided for lead generation purposes. Ansam Ltd will process such data as a data processor in accordance with UK GDPR.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ansam Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services in the 3 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Immediate termination applies in cases of breach, insolvency, or non-payment.

11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created by Ansam Ltd during the engagement remains our property until full payment is received.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
